What is Cambridge Early Years?
- Cambridge early Years is a thrilling educational journey for children between 3 and 6 years of age to develop knowledge, skills and understanding to make the best possible start in life.
It is a holistic curriculum engaging Classroom resources and a range of assessment approaches to measure a child’s progress during their early education.
- Cambridge Early Years help the children develop at their own pace, make their own choices build feelings of competence, emotional attachment and self worth.
- Cambridge Early Years encourages a play based child centric approach to learning to meet the needs of young learners in India and to be used by a wide range of Early Years Centres.

This alignment approach helps Cambridge Early Years learners develop skills, understanding and confidence needed to transit successfully to primary school.
WHAT WILL MY CHILD LEARN?
The Cambridge Early Years Curriculum supports, physical, cognitive, communicative, social, and emotional aspects of development. This content is divided into six learning areas, but are connected and can be taught together.
- Communication, Language, Literacy : Children will be encouraged to develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
- Creative expressions: Children will be able to express their ideas, creativity and build on their experience, in and outside the programme through art and design, music, dance and drama.
- Mathematics: Children can discover Mathematical thinking and Mathematical language through engaging activities that link to their experiences , in other curriculum areas and outside of School
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development : Children will develop social learning and friendship, learn to regulate their emotional response and build self esteem and confidence
- Physical Development: Children will develop various movement skills through play based activities for a healthy and active life.
- Understanding the World: Children’s natural curiosity is aroused and they learn, reflect, question and interact with the world around.
How will our children benefit from the Programme?
The children will be able to express, clarify and develop their own ideas and respond positively to the ideas of others.
Responsible: Children will take responsibility of their own thinking, learning and emotions and interact positively with other people’s similarities and differences.
Reflective: They will reflect on their own ideas and that of the others and be able to tell whether it is good. And they shall begin to understand how their reflection and feedback can help them to develop new ideas.
Innovative: Children will start interrogating about the world around them and try different strategies to meet challenges and solve problems.
Engaged: Children occupied in research will develop knowledge, understanding and skills through social interactions and collaborations.
